So much fun in one building. A game house, a cinema, a Chinese restaurant, a Continental restaurant and an event hall. The parking space is massive too. It is also beside the Atlantic Ocean with a roof top view. Although the roof top view was not open to visitors on my visit.

The security and support staff and helpful and very courteous. Parking is sufficient on a regular traffic but building causes traffic soon then access road.

My Second time here. We went to the Rufus and bee section In the building where they had games and bowling. This place is for the elite because it is expensive. Personally i don’t think there’s anything special here except the aesthetic part. Had a bad experience, payments did not go through and we had to wait for several hours for payment to go through and gain access to the arena. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to take pictures and have a date other than the regular movies and dinners.

Beautiful structure, great ambience, fantastic sea view, but very poor as a venue for professional events. I recently attended an event there and their poor services delayed the start by several hours and facilities were just not up to scratch. Not good at all

The restaurants are lovely with a gorgeous view of the Lagos coastline. There’s a Chinese and seafood restaurant with interesting menus. The cinema rooms are pretty small but cosy as well. It’s all in all, a lovely place to chill and hangout. The security at the gate can be a tad rude but don’t pay any attention to them

Awesome! Twin waters a nice seaside structure. The view of the horizon is breathtaking. It has an observatory mounted at its roof top bar. You get the feeling you are literally on the ocean without experiencing the rocky feeling. Twin waters has loads of entertaining institutions in the same building ranging from oriental to African restaurants, arcades, a bowling alley, a cinema, the roof top bar and a mini mart to mention a few. It is a place worth visiting.

The food was phenomenal, we had egg fried rice and shredded beef sauce with green pepper, it was the best we have had till date. The terrace has beachfront view and you can choose to eat outside but we chose to stay indoors as it was cooler. Overall, a nice expensive experience.

Rufus and Bee is a game arcade located inside the Twin waters. It was really fun to have best in class game arcade in Nigeria. I enjoyed myself. However, I wished they had on invested in some 5D games and fight club games like Mortal Combat or Street fighter to provide more flare to it. I was impressed by the fact that you could keep your Game Chip card even with chips in it for another day. Asides from this, they had amazing staff who assisted with tutoring you on how to play the games. It was very neat and had a beautiful view at the View Rooftop. Very classy place. Great for groups, family, dates and corporate team bonding.

First thing is the fact that you cannot take anything into the building, not even a bottle of water. However, if you are willing to eat, you can get food available in the location. Other than that, there is a bar plus many other stores in the building. The street shows up on the map as unnamed, so you might have to search well before finding it or rather get someone who knows the place. The also have escalators, lifts and the stairs for going to the different floors.

New socks are available to buy and large bowling shoes are also available. There are however only four bowling lanes and so there could be wait time.

Twinwaters is located on the coast of Lagos hence giving customers à nice view of the lagos coast and the 5th floor does more than just showing the coast but also brings the beauty of lagos as the commercial city of West Africa closer to our guess. Come and see and you will always cherish Twinwaters and definitely return back soon.
