The place is okay, neat bathrooms, clean water (for a Lekki phase 1 hotel) and courteous staff. But... They need to air the rooms frequently as it has a musty smell and use air fresheners within the premises. Nice place for the price.

Check in time is 2pm mandatory...this alone puts me off.this timing is only peculiar to this hotel alone. I have never seen this schedule in practice around the world.

Con - Dirty ( Floors need better cleaning, sheets are frayed, Kitchen needs to be cleaned) - Living room table clearly housed termites. Very painful household pests that need to be monitored. Pro - Spacious and will work well for groups of 4
