Abiodun BelloAlthough they have a good medical team their overall customer service can be better but what has lead to my review is their lack of security for both persons and property. Anyone can gain entry into the hospital premises without the sight of a uniform security personnel or alternatively a guard. My experience happened over the weekend of 10 - 12th of August I went for a random check as I felt severe discomfort in my throat upon getting to the hospital and seeing a doctor I was advised to be admitted for proper care although I had not planned that I decided to stay. Come Saturday morning a friend who had come to visit brought to my notice my car that was packed inside the premises of olive multispecialist had been broken into and things had been stolen. I rushed down while alerting some nurses about the news we all saw the damage and I noted the things that had been taken. To make things short the hospital have refused to take responsibility of the damage or try to reach a compromise with me concerning this which I find not only offensive but irresponsible of them.
