The building contains several interesting businesses, from a cinematic experience from Filmhouse, a game experience centre by Rufus and Bees and a good view and experience on the roof top. The security and support staff and helpful and very courteous. Parking is sufficient on a regular traffic but building causes traffic soon then access road.

My Second time here. We went to the Rufus and bee section In the building where they had games and bowling. This place is for the elite because it is expensive. Personally i don’t think there’s anything special here except the aesthetic part. Had a bad experience, payments did not go through and we had to wait for several hours for payment to go through and gain access to the arena. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to take pictures and have a date other than the regular movies and dinners.

So much fun in one building. A game house, a cinema, a Chinese restaurant, a Continental restaurant and an event hall. The parking space is massive too. It is also beside the Atlantic Ocean with a roof top view. Although the roof top view was not open to visitors on my visit.

The view overlooking the ocean is nice. The film house cinema rooms there are small, but cozy. Movies are cheaper on certain days, so it’s a good idea to call before visiting. The restaurants however in Twin Waters are expensive and for high budget individuals.

I visited Rufus and Bee here and it was Fun. We have an actual arcade in nigeria. All sorts of games. From wack the mouse to flappy birds to car racing to shooting. I mean you should check it out but go ready with at least 5-10k to enable you PLAY well.

Awesome! Twin waters a nice seaside structure. The view of the horizon is breathtaking. It has an observatory mounted at its roof top bar. You get the feeling you are literally on the ocean without experiencing the rocky feeling. Twin waters has loads of entertaining institutions in the same building ranging from oriental to African restaurants, arcades, a bowling alley, a cinema, the roof top bar and a mini mart to mention a few. It is a place worth visiting.

We went to the ChaiTang Chinese restaurant which had a wonderful ambience, nice music, nice setting and attentive staff with good customer service. The food was phenomenal, we had egg fried rice and shredded beef sauce with green pepper, it was the best we have had till date. The terrace has beachfront view and you can choose to eat outside but we chose to stay indoors as it was cooler. Overall, a nice expensive experience.

Rufus and Bee is a game arcade located inside the Twin waters. It was really fun to have best in class game arcade in Nigeria. I enjoyed myself. However, I wished they had on invested in some 5D games and fight club games like Mortal Combat or Street fighter to provide more flare to it. I was impressed by the fact that you could keep your Game Chip card even with chips in it for another day. Asides from this, they had amazing staff who assisted with tutoring you on how to play the games. It was very neat and had a beautiful view at the View Rooftop. Very classy place. Great for groups, family, dates and corporate team bonding.

First thing is the fact that you cannot take anything into the building, not even a bottle of water. However, if you are willing to eat, you can get food available in the location. Other than that, there is a bar plus many other stores in the building. The street shows up on the map as unnamed, so you might have to search well before finding it or rather get someone who knows the place. The also have escalators, lifts and the stairs for going to the different floors.

Very under exposed place this is. It’s a beautiful structure sitting on the coastline featuring rocks and splashing water. Parking space is enormous. Access to the floors include escalators and elevators. The elevators are not so wheelchair friendly but a wheelchair can fit in with 2 people at the most. This structure houses the famous arcade joint Rufus & Bee. A new cinema is in the works. Not yet clear at the time of this review which one it is. What I love the most here is the top lounge. The view there is outstanding. A nature lovers’ dream. You get to have an intimate interaction with the skyline and if you stay long enough, you get to get a great view of the sun setting. For food lovers there is the 788 restaurant for fine dinning and a Chinese restaurant for those that are into that. Well maintained, love it for the view! Recommended for group hangouts, corporate team bonding and family outing.

Bowling and a variety of arcade games are available. I particularly like the fact that seats, finger foods and drinks are available close to the bowling lanes. New socks are available to buy and large bowling shoes are also available. There are however only four bowling lanes and so there could be wait time.
