Havilah Event hall is located in Jibowu and is well spacious, air conditioned as well as well lit. They have parking spaces, security ie h Armed police guards as well as traffic control for cars. There are changing rooms and run on generating sets during any event.

The Havilla Event center is located in a nice environment, it has a large space for events, it is has a good air condition, good sound systems, standby generator and good toilet, the only hitch is that stairways are a bit cramped.
