The Palms, Ota is not as great as the Palms in other parts of Lagos. There is still a be lot of unused spaces in the building. On the good side, it is very spacious, has a good food spot in Kilmanjaro (it is slightly expensive though), a very nice ice cream spot and the usual ShopRite. There is also an Oga Hall centre that can be used for events. I would give it a 4 out of 5.

Great mall place with a wide range of shops, ranging from shoprite to several others. Park facilities are available. Expansive parking lot along the Lagos-Abeokuta expressway. Location could have been better.

Spacious and big enough carpark, this mall has some of the best stores in it. Medplus, ShopRite, Gene Bendi, Kilimanjaro etc. A nice place to be if you find yourself around Ota, Ogun state. Nice place for kids as there is a merry go round, cinema etc in the complex.

A Palms Mall at Ota, Ogun State, really nice to know this exists. One interesting I found here is the beautiful architecture though under utilised, massive parking space and no parking fee. Shoprite and a few shop seems to be active, more closed shops up and down. Mmmmmm, but for other things, the mall really need an urgent attention, it is dirty fron the entrance, the staircase and around, to worsen it all, the toilet smells. I want to believe that this will improve in no distant time.

Due to its location, the Palms at Ota is almost always filled up to the brim. This is especially true during the festive periods, and it could take you several hours to make payment for goods bought. Also, the cinema at the mall took too long to be opened. Altogether though, The Palms at Ota is a very fun place to be (especially if you decide to visit with your significant other or friends).

The Palms Ota is located in a very strategic place by the Sango toll gate. Many facilities for kids to play with at the adjacent of the mall directly in front of the Palms. The only challenge is that it took hours to pay for purchased goods as there were many qeue. People will be relieved if this can be looked into. Also business was not as usual as many shops were still locked up which might be footfall issue to the mall.
