Egbeda market sits at the beginning of Akowonjo Road, which is also a junction linking Idimu Road. It is a roadside kind of market with sellers sitting under umbrellas or rented shops. Some of the shops are attached to residential houses. Items sold in the market include foodstuff, groceries, electronics, phones, wears etc. The market is open on daily basis from around 8am to around 10pm except on Thursdays when it opens at 10am. This is to observe the weekly sanitation exercise of cleaning the market.

The people at 3C-HUB in Egbeda where rude and aggressive for politely and calmly warning a customer about a bad product and trying to advice the customer to select a better product. A customer has every right to review products which will help other customers to decide on what product to choose. They violated that right. Even after remaining as calm and polite as possible, they assaulted me off the premises, and yes I am not exaggerating. I was assaulted off the premises. Over five or six years ago, I bought a generator at this Egbeda market and got home that same day to discover that it was a bad product. I took it back first thing in the morning of the second day after purchase, but the trader aggressively refused to replace it or refund the money. The Egbeda market in general should not be there as it is at an intersection of heavy traffic and commuting. Opportunistic marketers and traders chose the place to trade for this same reason. The place is rough, crowdy, always having congestion and heavy traffic.
