Their food takes a long time. One lady complained about waiting for 2hrs to have her soup served. I had to just order chips and chicken. They said 15mins but took 25mins. The roads there were dark. You wont know a place as that exists in the night. The building itself is beautiful.

This is a grand hotel located in a good location. It has many rooms with elevators working on all floors. They have moderately sized rooms that are well air conditioned. There is a small sized swimming pool at the side just near the gym. They also have an annex building with rooms on top and a lounge on the ground floor. They have adequate parking at this hotel.

This is by far the worst cheapest hotel in Victoria Island in Lagos. I made an online reservation for my wife to stay in this hotel in Lagos when she visited for business. The online reservation was confirmed with pay upon arrival because they don’t accept credit card online. Upon reaching there, my wife was told harshly by christina and one other receptionist that she doesn’t have any reservation. she showed her my reservation confirmation number, christina refused to attend to her asking her to upgrade, that her room was given to another person. My husband called them and asked them why they are refusing the online reservation, they had no answer. I was very offended by the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I tried to see if I could book another hotel in the area, they were all booked. Then they manage to put me in a very filthy room, for the night. I could not use their toilet for the fact that it looked like it was abandon for ages. I could not take a shower because the water was very dark. I called the staff who told me all the water in the building is the same. In fact this is the worst place ever. Please don’t go there; it is a very filthy or dirty place. I read a few reviews; I am suspecting they pay those people to give them good review. I will never lodge in that filthy hotel again.

This places feels like a hidden gem in the heart of Victoria Island. The rooms are affordable. Starting price is at ₦14,000. I was first shown a room but when I complained about the smell at the entrance of that section, I was immediately shown a room in the next wing. I love the artistic works at the parking lot. Unfortunately, the hot water in the shower refused to get hot.

Janitors are good and tried thier best but hotel management is a very horrible team.Hotel is held in place by cellotape and falling apart while service staff are trying to keep it together. Trying to open window, the whole slide unit fell from third floor down outside. Luckily no one was walking past. Phone in room never worked, had to go down each time to speak reception and was never fixed despite asking several times. At checked out, I had a credit of 2 nights and till date hotel (a week after) so called accountant has refused to pay back of 60,000 balance despite several call. One day he told me he is at a wedding and not coming to work till 2 days time and no one else can do his job on time off.(great customer service) Reception and service is just a mess.
