I am more than dissapointed at the crop of staff you have at your Akowonjo BRANCH. What kind of organization parades so much mediocrity under one roof. The supposed head has lost control of her flock and the level of insurbodination there would definitely kill your organization. I sent a staff of my organization there to cash a cheque yesterday 26th of September 2017 while waiting outside in the car. After waiting for close to an hour one of your very moody staff who attended to him later referred him to the manager who was not even cool with the idea in the first place. He asked the person to wait at the front desk the she will be back to call me for confirmation. Only for her to disappeared and forgot the guy on the counter there. After spending almost close to two useless hours in your bank I had to call him out to leave the place. This is not the way business is been run. I owned an organization and I know the extent I can go to make a customer satisfied. Every unsatisfied customer is a threat to your business. Thank.
