Situated along ipaja road in Moran/Okunola LCDA of Alimosho local government area. The estate is made of more than a thousand two stories high build containing six flat per each building. This estate is the biggest government estate in Lagos and Nigeria. Well spaced and each flat has good ventilation. The estate is not well maintained but secured for the residents.
