Wendy WendyHad the worst experience at the Roneks hotel, terrible customer services, tv was not working, had to be calling the manager with my phone because the intercom was not working! Had to wait for hours to have my bath cos water finished and it took a while for them to pump. I lodge around 3:25am and was ask to check out by 12, and the funny thing is that they were just giving me toiletries around 12:30pm. So many things wrong with the hotel!!
