An unorganized motor park, always rowdy, thanks to the Lagos State Waste Management Authority (LAWMA) that brought some level of sanity to the park, by sweeping the place on daily basis and also embarked on night duty operations. Perhaps the park might be forgiven, due to its closeness to sabo market which causes heave human traffic, despite that, sabo motor park is not an organised park. The motorcycle riders (known as okada) are not n anyway of any help. The park is centrally located to many places if not one of the gateway to other many states in Nigeria. Located along itokin/epe road.

Another big business transact around this side is food stuff, home appliances, building materials and many more. Note: sabo is very safe area to visit it is an ancient land in lagos state. The indigenous people here are very friendly and security conscious.
