Many of my deliveries comes in within 2 -3 days except one from jos which took one whole week to reach Jibowu office. I will not recommend this place for jos if you urgently need your deliveries. They rarely informs clients via sms/call to come pick up their items, i strongly will not advice you to use their service for perishables if the recipient is not not aware that he/she is to go pick up an item from abc. Their twitter account is useless as they will not respond to your complaints even when asked by the consumer protection council to specifically respond/address your complaints. ABC transport technically operates more like a motor park driver-delivery than like a world class courier company. I still use them for my not so urgent deliveries due to cost.
