Went to swim at the hotel with a few friends, the pool was unclean. We requested for the pool to be cleaned from the front desk personnel & she informed us that she may be unable to fetch the pool cleaner & if we are uncomfortable with pool maybe we should find another pool. She said this in the most unpleasant manner!!!! Customer service here is rather appalling... not visiting here again!

Palazzo used to be my favorite hotel in Lekki, but things have changed. As of my last visit 2016, I scored it a 5 star. Not so anymore I loved Palazzo especially for the friendly customer service, amazing food, and clean space. The customer service is not the same anymore. The staff is more focused on you paying money rather than providing good service. I guess this is a function of few guests not paying in past. I actually asked a staff member in restaurant who spent more time asking how I was paying than getting my order right. She mentioned management will deduct from her pay and that’s why. She ultimately got my order wrong and was unwillinging to fix it (because it will be charged against her). And this happened twice across 2 different people. I’m still a fan of Palazzo. Their general manager (Clement) is an amazing guy. Hardworking and knows how to run his ship. The food is still great at reasonable prices. I would still recommend this place for folks in Lekki This review and feedback mainly for management to balance customer service with profits. The incentives in place for your team now drives them to deliver poor services and in long run will hurt brand.

Great 4 star hotel for the price, I would definitely stay here again. Stayed here in September 2016 in a lovely spacious room on the first floor with nice decor and attention to detail. There was live chilled out music on the saturday evening with a great ambience, no razz people around. And the music ended around 10pm so hotel guests like myself could retire to peace and quiet in our rooms. My hope is that this hotel is maintained, and I am not disappointed on my next visit.
