Forgotten and dilapidated. This captures the state of the estate. The access road is dilapidated with no hope in sight on when the situation is gonna change. All things being equal, the road through the estate that links to Igbogbo would have being a perfect diversion for all living along Ijede and Gberigbe axis to skip the tortuous rigours of getting to Ikorodu metropolis on their way to Lagos.
