Lacks parking. You have to pay for parking in an adjoining plot of land that is quite dusty. Hall was not properly airconditioned, hence hot.

Constrained for space. Access road is dilapidated and difficult to traverse. It doubles for a CBT center for JAMB examinations. That was actually what took me there in the first place. I really wonder how the place could be used as an event center considering the lack of parking space and very bad access road to it.
