CHOIS Gardens Estate is one of the clusters of estates around Abijo town along Lekki-Epe Expressway. It is a Community Home Owners Investment residential Scheme jointly developed through Public/Private Partnership with Lagos State Government. There are about 500 housing units (semi-detached duplexes and flats). The environment is clean, well secured and there is a very good road network within the estate. As at today, the occupancy rate is about 55 percent, which is a common phenomenon in most of the estates in Lagos and Abuja in particular. (More information will be supplied on electricity and water supply).

It is an upcoming estate but the houses there are nice and security is assured. They have light on few occasions too

Electricity is horrible. Low current and hardly ever available. Dangerous animal sightings (snakes, scorpions etv). Mgt. refuses to clear the bushes and tall grasses.
