Nice place. I attended a wedding reception ceremony there many times. It was a pleasant place to be. Just be sure to keep your eyes open or you may miss their external signage. Parking can be a problem if you arrive to your event late so traffic management is always needed. The venue is very easy to locate via public transport too.

The parking space is spacious but you might have to park outside on late arrivals. There are security guards on standby to watch out for hoodlums. The event center is easily located in Ikeja axis of Lagos State and it is popular among uber and cab drivers. It has space capacity of about 500 people.

This event venue is both reputable and pricy. I used it for an event that held ~1000 people. There’s a decent-sized parking lot which is a huge plus in Lagos. Considering how much a venue such as this grosses in party-central Lagos, management needs to do a better job of maintaining the hall- inside and out. The exterior looks like it needs extensive cleaning. On the inside, the stage(s) looked poorly built. The stairs to one was even rickety. Therefore the key things I believe grandeur has going for it are its size, parking and location (situated in a nice and central part of Lagos). It’s not cheap though so be ready to pay.
