The ambiance is quite appealing and spacious. It also has ample parking space. Concerning, the menu, there are special meals for different days. My favourite soup is Ofe Owerri and served only on Thursdays. The restaurant has perfected their response time between taking order and serving the food. I also noticed that the restaurant has adopted technology in their service delivery. Today being Saturday, I tried the native soup and it was awesome.

An exceptional eatery for Nigerian native food! Juvnik has been around for years and they still maintain their culture plus have improved drastically over ther years. The servers take your orders using a Tablet and place it to the kitchen team, your order arrives within 15mins! Plus their full is always plenty, you can share a plate of food with a friend if you go with a friend! I always find it hard to finish a plate of food. I love the place always, its my go to place for eating Naija meals! You should try it.

Visiting Jevinik Restaurant is an absolute delight everyone should experience when in Lagos, or passing through it. The staff are also very courteous, and tailored to render quick yet efficient services. There is a Daily Specials Menu from which guests can choose special delicacies prepared once a week. Generally a lovely experience everytime I visit.

Today’s meal was very poor...the afang soup didn’t taste fresh one bit...I had the unfortunate experience of even ordering fried and jollof rice in take away packs...the food was bland and very tasteless, with the roasted chicken having a horrendous taste as well...vegetable salad was pure coleslaw (or cabbage slaw) as this was the only evident veggie... We wasted N12700 ordering all sorts of meals today at Jevnik Victoria Island..still reeling in shock though as I don’t intend going back to that restaurant ever again

This restaurant has the WORST possible customer service! The waiter was rolling his eyes sarcastically and giggling when I asked if items on the menu was available. And when I complained, he went to consult his fellow waiters and they openly laughed about it! Terrible. I didnt give my order or eatt there. I thought the concept of an all-male staff would eliminate the hassles of female mood swings and all but it is backfiring. I would never return here(V.I. branch), I can get big food portions elsewhere.

A good restaurant with an interesting variety of local food. This is where you go to if you want rare delicacies like Ukwa which is not that common in most restaurants. The drawback is they have special days for the not so common delicacies so you have to know the right day to show up. The service is good and prompt. Beware of the portions though, it can be too much for light eaters. The food can be hit or miss sometimes too. They need consistency in taste. In all it is a good place to eat.

I have never written a review about any restaurant, but my experience at Jevnik today was lower than low. I went with a friend. They charged his card and said transaction declined. They charged my card and said transaction was declined. Then we got alerts that the transaction had gone thru. The decline receipt they printed afterwards was exactly the same for my friend and I. It had no information about either of our cards - no name, no card number, no transaction value. The manager was rude and argued that this was normal and the bank would reverse it. We called our banks (both GTB). They said the transaction had gone thru without any query. So it would not have been reversed. I believe the staff tried to cheat us, thinking we would not notice. They did not seem surprised, it was as though this is normal. If I could give zero stars for this experience, I would have!!!

We were searching for a Nigerian restaurant where they serve native foods, and we received nothing of the sort. The fish soup had dirt in it that I kept chomping down on and the garri was so thick, I couldn’t even eat a quarter of it. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone looking for a great Nigerian meal, and that being said, my boyfriend was embarrassed by everything about it. This doesn’t even deserve a star period!

Has a hovering stale smell. The pounded yam had a hard outer crust... this meant it had been made early in the day and microwaved. Waiter got the order wrong and gave assorted meat instead of cow foot. Came with a plate to collect the assorted meat after i had started eating and dipped my hand into the soup. Probably to return it to serve again. Will not be going there again.
