And yet unresolved review) I had to edit this review to 3 stars, because i must admit, based on my different encounters, that their staffs at Alausa are quite friendly, approachable and helpful. However they still have to improve on their online operations so one do not have to travel from far just to make an Inquiry or complaint Your online customer service and internet service is the poorest and most pitiable i have seen in my life. Nothing seem to work on your site, i have sent countless email to the email address on your contact us page,it keeps bouncing back saying the address is not valid or sees my message as spam. also called all the number on the same page, all keeps telling me switched off except one which forever is always on another call. wait, who runs a public business like this? i guess its better you go back to the manual/physical/offline way you are used to, because your internet team failed you. your internet service and response is a scam, look into it! such a shame!
