Was there for a SIM update. Crowd was extreme with some angry people. Eventually there was better order and process became faster. Friendly and very helpful staffers. Even the manager had to assist with the process. I believe some of these kinda processes could be carried out online.

It was a good experience. Although there were quite a few people waiting to be attended to, the staff running the floor was quite courteous and friendly. Very polite indeed. I went there with my 3 kids and they were given snacks while we waited. That was really impressive!

Very top-notch service rendered here, I was very satisfied. The have both stairs and wheelchair entrance. Quality seating areas for customers to wait. Very fast and effective customer service. They even have extra packing space just opposite their office free of charge. I and my wife want to upgrade our sim and it was sooo smooth.
