Alex ColeAvoid this place at all costs. Starting with an incompetent “DR”, who I had to correct multiple times on the type of tests I needed conducted. Then the didn’t inform me they couldn’t conduct a test I wanted because the didn’t have the right equipment. Obviously I would have gone elsewhere to get everything done at once if they had let me know. They also ruptured a vein when taking my blood. When she couldn’t draw enough blood she asked to do it again but declined because of the pain she caused. Then when I paid, they called me back saying they had made a mistake in the invoice and that I owed more money. The told me my results would be done in 5-7 business days. They did not inform me some of my tests needed to be out sourced to South Africa which took two weeks. I came in to pay the remaining balance, it took they ONE HOUR to print me a receipt. Not to mention each receipt I have received from them was in a different format which would look suspicious to my insurance company. Only come here if you like frustration and disappointment!
