I use to stay in that hotel everytime I am on business trip in Lagos. Service is very good in comparison to Nigerian standard, nevertheless there is a potential for improvement. Personal is polite but seems to be sometime under pressure. Price-Quality ratio in accordance with the standard of the hotel is good. Safety procedures and devices are enough. Swimming pool cool be longer of course.

Secured Beautiful atmosphere, the Event I attended shows that it is so important for this Hotel to Look into Acquiring more space for car pack because for over 45minutes I was going round to search for where to pack which eventually I had to pack on roadside. So should you have a very high Profile Event in their hall, you may think of using Uber. The Staffs especially the Securities are Superb and respectful.

This is one of the 5 star hotel in Lagos. Wheelchair accessibility yes, cosy yes, rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The security is too notch. The pool area is great to chill out. The conference hall is great. The lift work with your room keys. This hotel is super great. The only thing why I hold my 1 star is the price of food and beverage in the hotel is at the high side.
