Favorite hotel in nigeria. Facilities are immensely clean. Water is hot and no water heaters so you don’t have to wait. Food is immaculate, each room comes with free admission for one to breakfast buffet every morning. Room service is good . Beds are extremely soft and fluffy. Staff is professional. Pool side turns to a lounge with a DJ every night. 10/10 . And the price is very reasonable. right by the airport too so perfect place to stay if you come in late and don’t fly out until the next morning or if you have an early flight and want to avoid morning traffic. Uber from/to the airport is very cheap.

Stay in premier ex that cost 40k naira. No tooth brush. No shower cream. They only provide you 1 hand soap and 1 body lotion. Toilet was leaking due to hose and the whole toilet is flood. Called technician for help but he never came back. Order only drinks and it take them at least 2 hours to send. Bed is really comfy. Other then bed, i honestly dont see the worth in this hotel.

The restaurant had a lunch buffet, with a few varieties but the taste was just okay. Customer service was top notch. I’d come back here for sure.

This is a brilliant hotel, still new though. Very clean and built yo international standards. I would have given it 5 stars except for the housekeepers. The housekeepers needs more training, they dont respect your privacy because they want to do their job quickly. Sometimes they enter your room with knocking and often times before midday. I hope the management will maintain the standard. The breakfast menu is also limited, improvements needed in this area. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

After other hotel stays that were more reminiscent of village life, it was nice to be in a modern hotel with a working shower and a large deep tub. Exactly what I needed! Nice king sized comfortable bed. A/C worked well as the room was freezing initially. Wifi was slow and only worked in the room, not in the lobby. No small towel provided, but a large towel. Good breakfast provided. Only for one guest, but for 2000 Naira a second guest could eat. Very clean. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Trust me! Rollace is the perfect weekend getaway. Rollace is a very classy hotel. I’ve been around the world and I’ve lodged in several world-class standard hotels and I can confidently say that Rollace is sure classy. The rooms and it’s finishing is what captivates me the most; very clean and cozy. The staffers are also courteous and responsive. I would strongly suggest the management kindly keep a pen and paper in every room. I had wanted to put something in writing for a friend that visited but couldn’t lay my hands on a pen and paper in the room. But overall the place is clean, the rooms rates are super moderate and the food is also good. I ordered eba and ogbonor soup with goat meat and it was a delicacy. Also one pros about this hotel is the complimentary breakfasts.

My friend & I were traveling from America to attend our friends wedding. We researched & decided to stay at the Rollace Hotel in June 2018, the night before our journey to the wedding in Edo state. The hotel was beautiful. Everything looked brand new, clean, and was so spacious. My friend & I absolutely loved it. But it was until we visited the hotels restaurant where the problems began. After eating our meals, we received a bill. We paid, went back to our room & quickly realized that they completely overcharged us for both of our orders. We saw that our bill was completely different from the prices that were displayed on the menu. They added so much more money to the overall bill and tried to say that the menu they gave us wasn’t an updated menu... seriously? What type of stupidity & nonsense were they trying to pull? I can’t believe they would insult us to the point that they actually thought we would be believe their own stupidity and ridiculous excuses. They actually charged me more for an extra piece of chicken than the meal itself! Yes you read that right. My extra piece of chicken was more than the actual meal itself. Which means i was charged MORE than double the amount i was meant to pay. We came from America but dont be confused, we are Naija babes at heart! You can’t be coming and trying to rob us like that. And you would think when the entire restaurant staff came out to diffuse the problem, that atleast one of them would have sense. No. They were acting like we should just listen and pay. It was until we kept correcting them that they started refunding money. Mind you, we werent refunded the whole difference. I was so angry i didn’t even rmbr to call the hotel manager for some type of justice. It’s 2018, please let’s stop embarrassing ourselves for the sake of money. They should be grateful enough to have jobs in this economy, instead they are using it to cheat others for more. Truly disgusting people. They will reap what they sow.
