Very poor reception. Despite receiving confirmation of my online booking, was informed the room was not available. Little effort to resolve the situation. I did not feel welcomed and frankly felt uncomfortable given the rowdy atmosphere. Very glad to have left in search of more decent, alternative accomodation in spite of the time.
