The event centre is an averaged size and can accommodate about 500 persons. Not enough parking space for such a large number of attedees. It is easy to locate the venue

The location is pretty much ok for your events and there are a few other shops in it like a gym, salon etc. Good parking space and easy access to the Lagos Ibadan expressway. Also very accessible if you are driving. However if you would be using the public transport system you better think twice cos you are in for a long walk.
