Habiba AttaPoor customer service, poor practice of hygiene ( same bedsheets for multiple patients), No use of gloves or sanitizers for all equipment. This has got to be the WORST ENT hospital in Lagos. Doctor also lacks compassion for kids. We spent close to 6hours at this clinic trying to run a hearing test for my daughter.After struggling to sedate her the doctor asked a nurse to inform us that he had things to do and we should reschedule for Thursday. Just like that! No apologizes for the long hours wasted. Terrible! Place!

Angela Ayubathe reception you get here is nice. The doctor, doctor Afolabi is a nice doctor also the speech therapists, Miss Mary and Miss Praise are wonderful people.

FAJ FAJPoor customer service from the Male staff the lady who carried out the test was pleasant and on point. I was to pick my test the next day but didnt and went on the 3rd day, I waited for a while and was told to leave me email address that it will be sent to my mail box. The next day I had to call again for my result as they didnt send it to me as promised. Eventually they did and I couldnt believe my information was wrong on the result- my DOB had changed to 1956 or so and DOB are features that are quite sensitive when it comes to hearing test . I called them back to Express this observation but as I write now, no correction to my result no word from them.
