They are extremely rude, unprofessional and everyone there seems unmotivated and incompetent. I know more about computers than 99 percent of the people I met there and I am not even top 100 most knowledgeable in my circle. This place needs to be shut down and sold for parts.

abisoye hamzatThe customer service here is very bad, I brought my laptop here for repairs, actually it was a broken screen, I had it replaced and in less than 2 months of replacement the screen was acting all up again, I had to take the laptop back there, and they are telling me warranty for repairs is just a month, I have to pay again for a repair after paying 29,000 naira just to get a laptop screen replaced. Very poor services rendered.

Emmanuel ArogsCustomer service is very poor. After paying for what they called “rapid diagnosis” I stayed there for another 2hrs to know what was wrong with my laptop. They said they would have to change the motherboard. But what I noticed what they also told the same to three other people. I went out to the roadside guys in computer village and got it fixed in les than 30mins. I think they should get better engineers. I regretted ever going there.
