Clavesha WhiteThe place is infested with cockroaches. Didn’t sleep at all left as soon I got in at night. The bed was stiff very lopsided, staff was notified and confirmed most beds are. One towel was given to share between 2 guests... for the entire stay, staff refused to lend us another. Would not recommend under any circumstance.

B AlabaZaaz Hotel in a brilliant location of the capital of Lagos state, was unbelievably run down. The last time I stayed there about 5-7 years ago. From the main gate to the security and hotel car park, you do not get the lovely old ambience that used to exist. The reception was average, what it lacked the receptionist made up by her charming smile that lit up the dingy reception. The swimming pool area was chocked and too much water in the sitting areas for guests to relax by the pool side. The quality and cleanliness of the pool water, never invited anyone to use it. The rooms, were not better. I visited three rooms and the decor of the rooms looked worn out. The headrest of my bed had removed, toilet/bathroom were also terrible. No bath towels (Not that I would have used it) and I am sure the extractor in the toilet had never been cleaned since the day it was installed. Ate in the Restuarant/bar. The service was slow, but the two staff who served us, smiled, took corrections. Our orders were mixed up twice, but they corrected them and apologised. Gave them a tip to hopefully encourage them to serve better. I never got value for my money. I felt ripped off for what they provided. I asked for a complaint box or to complain to the manager, but your guess is as good as mine.

Its a low budget hotel but is easily accessible and a five minutes drive to and from the Murtala Mohammed international airport. There is a swimming pool and a pool side bar here. Their restaurant serves foods that can be found in many local restaurants in the area. There is good security but limited parking space.
