Great hotel, the food varied very well. For a double occupancy, they provide only one set of towels but deliver the second set when asked. However, they were not properly prepared to send visitors on excursions to interesting places in the city of Lagos. The could make it easier by having brochures describing sites to be seen.

Went to eat their buffet and it was marvelous. The food was super nice( especially the baked potatoes). The buffet costs 13k per head in Sundays and comes with Chapman and water. You can eat as much as you can, the staff were absolutely delightful and there was a music band too! Also, lots of places to take pictures if you’re into that sort of thing. Would definitely be going back.

I’m going to focus on the food because they gave me my very first experience with Nigerian dishes. Very neat buffet area with quite varied selection. The pork was on point and I really enjoyed it. Apart from the jollof (which has never been a stronghold for Nigeria) all other local dishes were quite good. Would definitely recommend to others

Contemporary design with comfortable bed.. The hotel is located 9km away from the airport. The staffs are friendly and courteous. I was upgraded to the suite room which comes with 2 levels. The gym and pool are a bit small but sufficient. 2 restaurants and a bar lounge. Overall I enjoyed the stay. 1 of the best hotels that I have stayed so far in Lagos .

I was due a refund of 240, 000 naira 20th January 2020, from the Raddison Blu Isaac Jones. I was given a receipt to confirm I would receive this payment. Furthermore, I was informed that the refund information had been passed on to the accounting department on Monday 20 January at about 11:00am and I was going to be paid the same day. Till date, despite several emails, I have not receievd this payment or an explanation to the delay. It is extremely important that organisation such as yours should not have staff that cannot keep to thier words. Integrity and professionalism is key to any business and I am being forced to use social media platforms to get this money refunded. I hope your senior management have more intergrity than your junor staff. Finally, what makes this siutation extremely pathetic is that friends and family that I mentioned this situation have all said it is a deliberate attempt by your staff to keep quiet so they can get the money to themselves. I genuinely hope this is not the case.

It is a brand new hotel, opened a few months ago. I came here for a business meeting and everything was just on point. On arrival, we got offered a glass of champagne :) The restaurants, the bar, the very large and comfortable rooms, the fast wifi, the swimming pool, etc. I can easily say it is the best hotel I visited in Nigeria by far. The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. The food here was very good, attentive service, wise wine list selection. Cocktails was not too good and I think the bar staff needs a bit of a training on cocktails. The rooms are very large, with bathtub and shower, good pressure, elegant details and very modern. All in all, this is a top hotel, the Renaissance, Ikeja is probably the best hotel in Lagos. I can only recommend without hesitation.

Came here for a one day retreat with my company and I was pleased with the service delivery from security to restaurant staff. The meeting rooms are very spacious and have the necessary amenities and you can also request WiFi. Facilities are accessible with lounges available for breakout sessions and such. Lunch was divine and the selection was sufficient but can be a bit chaotic with large groups. I’d probably suggest having an attendant on hand. Also has accessible routes I.e. wheelchair access.

sigh.. i have stayed at several 5 star hotels but Radisson sadly did not meet my expectation. How can a 5 star hotel not have parking space for in house guest. had to wait near 30minutes for a spot to open up to park for the night, no hdmi or bluetooth connector for the tv, no netflix, no bedside usb cable, bathtub had rust in it. one of the caterer had no gloves on. the staff were friendly though and the room was beautiful and comfortable. would i stay there again, yes but ill be better prepared for all the things lacking.
