The room size is generous and the elevator works albeit small sized. Staff is courteous and willing to assist with luggage. Location is good being close to entertainment in Shoprite and 5 minute drive from the airport. The bar and poolside is very loud and room is not soundproof. You may not be able to settle down to sleep till late night hours.

I enjoyed my stay a lot. We were in a group and had our rooms facing each other. The service was great and the staff courteous. I think they need to change some of the stained mirrors in the hallway. Their breakfast buffet is the best. Easy access , security active and friendly , cleaners always on the go. Most importantly I love the accommodating interior and services The reception is so warm and welcoming. Ambience is good, the rooms are pretty much spacious

The finishing (paint job, tiles in bathroom and rooms, windows etc) are some of worst I have ever seen. It took 4 hours +, and 3 calls for towel to be brought to my room (there were none when I checked in). And when I was even brought one, it was a tired, not properly cleaned one. I had to go to the nearby shoprite supermarket to buy one as there was no way I was going to let that thing near my skin. The shower head in my room was broken....there was a bucket instead. And when I asked for the shower head to be replaced or to be moved to another room, a technician was sent up to my room to inspect the head as if they were not aware it was broken. After spending sometime shuffling around he disappeared never to be seen or heard from. My room was just by the poolside where a rowdy party and music so loud was playing I was happy to be moved to a smaller room with worse amenities just to get some peace and quiet

Horrible..water dropping from the ceiling, the room is dirty, the toilet can be manage but can be better, old system Air conditioner and dirty. Bad staff service except for the line manager that tried to give us another room but we have already made up our mind to lounge in other hotel. Out of 14 days we ended up spending 2 nights of regret.

Very poor service, had mosquitoes disturbing and cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Called the reception for over an hour just to get hot water because room had no heater ,finally had to call their mobile line ,still no positive response. Went personally to the reception, still no water after speaking with them personally. I put a call through again, yet no water. This is just too bad for an hotel like this.

I only stay a night there every thing about the room was old, the walls, bedspread and one old wet towel that I even call them to change . But they refuse after my rejecting that towel if not because I had one with me I should have shower with out towel that night and they have to put coloured lights in that room so you would notice. the only good thing was the A.C.

Poor lighting in the room, small wash hand basin, no shelf in the bathroom, no hooks, no hot water, cupboard with user friendly, ceiling in the room is stained with dirty water. Loud music at night disturbs sleep. Poor reception assistance in dealing with query. Was provided with a dirty towels and shower curtain but had it changed. Floor was dirty and in need of cleaning.

You just follow the roundabout as if you are going to Aromire Avenue, but just before you get to Aromire Avenue you will see the entrance by the right.

The approach main road and the street are always crowded. Lot of congestion...no lifts to take you to the upper floors and their is only single stair case which is very narrow. The rooms are just ok but u cant have a comfortable stay . The mattress are generally old and all the electrical points are ill designed , far reaching from your bed or work station..so you cant be at peace while at this property. The poolside restaurant is fine and serves authentic Nigerian dishes like Beef Suiya and Goat Meat preprations. You need to tell the stewards of you dont want it that hot as usually its quite spicy.

Hotel is expensive and does not worth the prices. Noisy enviroment, touts have been known to visit here, unorganised parking. Rooms are terrible, lacks clean sheets and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are old fashioned and run off bathwater is exposed in some rooms. Staffs are always looking overwhelmed. Bar noises reaches the room occupants.

The friendly staff is the only reason they get 2 stars. Hotel is not as pictured. Killed 2 roaches in my room. Refrigerator missing from the room. Asked twice and it was never brought. No cord to the kettle. The TV connection was horrible. It went in and out every minute.
