It is an open park suitable for children and teenagers. There are few recreational Facilities and a mini zoo. The facilities are suboptimal with inadequate recreational facilities. There is a kiosk for drinks, ice creams and barbeque vendors. Parking space is available for a small fee. Generally, the park needs improvement and maintenance.

Ndubuisi kanu park oregun , Ikeja, Lagos state , Nigeria. This is a great place to bring kids to. Their menu list is rich as it accommodates local and continental foods. It has wide range of play facilities for kids , located on a very expansive land over looking Ministry of environment, Lagos state secretariat, Lagos, Nigeria. I have been there severally but the only challenge we have been having is the inadequate parking space. At times we stretched to the main Express road to park which is not really conducive and safe for kids. I advise the management of this place look into the parking space with a view to expanding it

A nice and cool place to be with family, friends and loved ones, particularly during the festive periods, its an eventful avenue. the place is open, spacious and clean. foods, snacks and drinks are sold here. you can get this at the Vinnies- awesome meals are being sold here. there are security guys available and are helpful. also the availability of parking space. here is most likely busy and bubbling during the festive periods.

Though not as big as Johnson Jakande Tinubu park (JJT) located opposite it, Ndubisi Kano still has its delights, it contains a mini zoo containing different animals, some exotic. The facility require adequate maintenance as some of the equipment are breaking down. The main service station, poor customer service. Refreshments being sold very expensive compared to the other selling points located at the other extreme end of the park. Security guys at the car park not friendly.

The Ndubuisi Kanu Park is one of the two parks within the Alausa Ikeja axis. Though smaller than the newer JJT park, this park has a basketball court where you can come in to play with your friends. Make sure you come with your own ball though. Entrance is free and there are several convenience stores where you can take a bite or two. There is also a barbecue and suya stand available in the evenings and weekends.

Something about this park makes me frequent here with the kids. Perhaps there are better parks than this one, but it has some striking features....so here we go.... 1, the park has got limited spaces for visitors. Off my head, it would park 50cars max!. However the busy parking lot contrast greatly with the crowd in the park on normal weekend (by normal i mean no holidays or parties). The park is big enough to appear not so busy. 2, there is some sort of security at the access. It thankfully has a single access point which theoretically should make policing easier. At least i kinda get the comfort that it is being policed. 3, Park has ample green area that would permit a picnic and an almost surreal environment for a special moment amidst the excited screams of the kids. The park offers some special food delights such as its bb chicken and chips and its sharwama. In my books both taste nice and would pass. The kids have got swing, slides, crazy ride, bouncing castles etc. Not bad for a weekend hangout with the kids. Would still visit.
