Demola AdesinaThe Purple Crown hotel has a attractive structure and design; it is also located right in the middle of Ikeja. These however, appear to be the only positives they have going for them. I spent a night there and their services were less than satisfactory. The TV in the room had only one channel! I had to call the front desk and request repeatedly before I could get a towel. To get food from the kitchen is another issue, most of the dishes in the menu were not available.

kike shonubiI arrived from the US and decided to spend 2 nights before leaving for Abuja, and I must admit the Management wowed me. Most especially the Manager Mr. Dominic he was always there to ensure I had a blissful stay at the hotel, the staff were friendly and willing to offer help should there be need for it. The kitchen makes this delicious afang soup I will love to come back and try it out.

A1 Auto CarsThe management needs to keep up the standard because the last time I slept in this hotel the ac was always working but this time around the ac was horrible with the using of small generator, Thanks to front desk person but the guy ELIJAH was nice and never tired of showing me other rooms to satisfy my request( big Thank You) and on the next day ELIJAH still rise and keep it up from where he left it on my first day, what a guy that never tired moving my stuffs from one room to the other and big thank you also to VICTOR joining hands on the second day with Victor to move me round and finally make sure I am satisfied. But overall the management has to step up in satisfying their customers. Thanks all and remain blessed.

Andie OkonTidy on the outside, unpretty on the inside. The staff were not very professional particularly the staff that checked us into our room. He spent the entire time he was attending to us on the phone, and was still having a loud conversation on the phone when he got into our room. The rooms smelt damp and the bed sheets were damp too. We had to air the room and buy bleach and air freshener to make it suitable for our stay. Also, the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke more often than not. The room intercom was not working and we were asked to call a mobile number whenever we required room service. There is no water heater in the bathroom so we had to endure cold water throughout our stay. We did not bother ordering food from the hotel given its condition. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible. Complimentary wifi only available in the lobby. The hotel is close to Allen Avenue and not too far from the Ikeja mall.

Prices are excellent, I have stayed with my friend for a weekend and honestly I am so happy we found this place. I will start from check in the lobby gave us our room keys!!! all with help of very nice, friendly and professional manager who have great as at the entrance. We felt special from the beginning to the end. The room was lovely, super clean with most comfortable bed I have ever slept on! and OMG love they pillows!!!:))) bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us to nice pub and club , so we have great night out as well. After we came back - we found out that on every floor there are water stations with bottles so you can take them to the room! also guest request lockers - if we run out of tea, coffee of milk in the room! Its really like they thought of everything to please your stay! We tried food room service as well and in 20 min was delivered to our room! so happy with our stay that acually was sad to leave! The person who checked us out was verry sweet and friendly. Overall I had best stay ever in Purple Crown Hotel Ikeja!!! and definitely will back there and will recomend this peace of heaven in Ikeja Lagos to everyone!!:) THANK YOU PURPLE CROWN HOTEL!:)
