Staff like David and chimera with the two front desk attendance that were on duty on the 20th of February by 1:30 made my visit horrible. They made me wait 2hrs before giving a room with their attitude .. So poor and bad

Horrible place to stay. Zero health and safety security of customers. Bathroom door broken which almost fell on me, AC blowing into the bathroom due to its location directly by the door, therefore room was not cooling and bathroom became very cold. Kept awake all night by outside bar noise, coupled with uncomfortable bed (rock hard) and high room temperature. Staffs were not very helpful at all. Loads of regret. I beg you please avoid this hotel by all means!!!!

I came in late at night after booking a reservation and paying for a particular room and I couldn’t get it because the person in there payed for another night. I accepted the new room given to me but the bathroom was terrible. I complained and the receptionist initially made me seem like I was a bother and even said this was a better option than what I initially wanted. I then decided to accept it and just ask for a cleaner to come in to tidy it up at the very least. Nobody came in for about an hour. I called and the receptionist told me she had no idea when anyone will clean it up for me ( in other words f*ck you) I had just arrived from a 3 day trip and desperately needed a shower and I eventually had to suck it up and shower there. The only good thing about this place is the food. They should demolish it and make it a restaurant.
