I love this place. There are very good views. Upstair seating is better with less crowd and well air-conditioned hall. Tables are well set with premium seats. Extremely terrible. I was there today 15/11/2018 at about 6pm and the experience was very bad. I joined the Normal queue when I got in but then someone said I should step forward since I will be getting swallow. Now I was standing in front of the amala spot for over 30minutes and no one attended to me even though they were done attending to the customers. This is not a first time. Came in with a friend some time ago and one of your fair attendants was nasty. Also, placing an order for delivery takes forever. How worse can you get? I will assume you have made enough money so the Shakara can set in.
