    Contemporary design with comfortable bed.. The hotel is located 9km away from the airport. The staffs are friendly and courteous. I was upgraded to the suite room which comes with 2 levels. The gym and pool are a bit small but sufficient. 2 restaurants and a bar lounge. Overall I enjoyed the stay. 1 of the best hotels that I have stayed so far in Lagos .

    I’m going to focus on the food because they gave me my very first experience with Nigerian dishes. Very neat buffet area with quite varied selection. The pork was on point and I really enjoyed it. Apart from the jollof (which has never been a stronghold for Nigeria) all other local dishes were quite good. Would definitely recommend to others

    I love the aura that Radisson Blu brings. The ambience is just amazing and the seating is comfortable. One time I was really cold and I asked for tea to help and the waiter also came with natural ginger because it would help me get better faster. That was really thoughtful. Often times, I hold meetings here because I love the service.

    New hotel space. New facilities and fixtures, well taken care of. The service is top notch as staff and concierge are willing to offer assistance. Conference facilities are also well run and the food service is commendable. Parking space is underground which shows some thought went into getting this place running.

    Radisson Blu Hotel, personally for me would get a five star compared to other hotels on the Lagos mainland. Radisson Blu hotel is worthy of being part of the best. The facility is well integrated, environment is very comfortable in terms of looks and feel. The staffs of this hotel were well coordinated and provided assistance effortlessly when I approached them. I believe its a good place for your money, any day any time

    Good hotel with restaurants, coffee shop, bar, poolside eating area etc. Standard rooms are just normal & a bit high priced compared to other similar brand hotels in Lagos. Staffs attitude is good but need to be more welcoming & pleasent ( Something I felt in comparison with other brand hotels and Radisson group in Nigeria in general)

    The hotel is beautiful, clean, modern and very safe. The food was ok, but they charged me for additional table water, i believe they should provide more than 2 little bottles/day in the room. Hair dryer and iron was not in the room, i needed to ask that separately.Slippers would be nice to include too. Altogether it was a good stay.

    I got the best service ever at the bar by the waiter Mr. Tony Obande, he is very friendly and I had the best cocktail. I got an excellent service and my kids were happy for the suggestion he made for the cocktail. We cannot wait to come back again.

    I know I had visited this place for different reasons, for different events... in different occasions. But my most recent visit exposed me to quite a number of things. First, I got to know how CHEAP it is to use such a magnificent and beautiful place. Plus, their services are top notch; really not sure if you can get such around at the same rate. Funnily, as big as the place is, it can hold even more events that what it looks like on the outside. Massive, massive place... it’s an extremely beautiful edifice for corporate activities.

    The worst room service I ever had over an hour for a steak that was like the sole of a shoe. I asked for medium rare! The chips were cold and the sauce that came was cold with a skin on it. I complained several times and they refused to take it of my bill!!!!!!!!

    One of the finest hotels located in the Ikeja GRA area. The hotel structure boasts a contemporary modern design with plush furnishings. The entrance is wheel chair accessible. Wheel chair accessible parking too is available. This hotel hosts both guests as well as serves as a popular venue site for hosting events in its conference halls. Mind you, the hotel is not cheap but well worth the money. Hotel staff are polite and courteous. Security is top notch. Cash, Debit and credit card payments are readily available here.

    I was going to give this 5 stars but I take back 1 star because their service is quite poor. I got to the front desk and the attendant kept talking to another person, totally ignoring me with my luggage for over 15 minutes. I had to raise my voice before I was attended to. Even at that, my reservation wasn’t found. Also, I understand the need to up security at the hotel but it doesn’t entirely make any sense for a guest lodged at the hotel to be unable to access other floors except the floor where they’re lodged at. For example, you’re lodged at room 411, you can’t go to the 5th or 6th floor, you’re confined to the 4th floor only. Anyway, the interior is beautiful. We got the Superior Room with comes with a bath tub and shower with lots of mirrors. There’s literally a mirror everywhere you turn which I love. I’ll give them 4 stars for the interior, they really know their stuff. Unfortunately I was unable to go for breakfast (which was complementary by the way) but the room sold it for me and I’ll be back, hopefully their service improves by then.

    I was due a refund of 240, 000 naira 20th January 2020, from the Raddison Blu Isaac Jones. I was given a receipt to confirm I would receive this payment. Furthermore, I was informed that the refund information had been passed on to the accounting department on Monday 20 January at about 11:00am and I was going to be paid the same day. Till date, despite several emails, I have not receievd this payment or an explanation to the delay. It is extremely important that organisation such as yours should not have staff that cannot keep to thier words. Integrity and professionalism is key to any business and I am being forced to use social media platforms to get this money refunded. I hope your senior management have more intergrity than your junor staff. Finally, what makes this siutation extremely pathetic is that friends and family that I mentioned this situation have all said it is a deliberate attempt by your staff to keep quiet so they can get the money to themselves. I genuinely hope this is not the case.

Some of the rooms have fantastic view facing the lagoon. The food is also great and they have some good wine selections. You can also have both formal and informal meetings there.     Nice hotel here! Liked the background music that was playing. Didn’t stay for too long though because I was actually going to “Radisson Hotel” and not “Radisson Blu Hotel”. So there are two Radissons literally next to each other. So be sure to ask if you are going to “Radisson Blu” or “Radisson”.

    It’s the new jewel of Ikeja GRA; large lobby, restaurant and pool side. Always a beehive, although the size easily accommodates pretty much everyone. Their halls are nice for small and medium sized events. Parking is average. The underground parking lots can get easily filled up but if you are chauffeur driven, then you need not worry - your driver will be fine. Watch out for the scanning procedure as you drive in though; could take a few minutes.

Personal is polite but seems to be sometime under pressure. Price-Quality ratio in accordance with the standard of the hotel is good. Safety procedures and devices are enough. Swimming pool cool be longer of course.

    It is a brand new hotel, opened a few months ago. I came here for a business meeting and everything was just on point. On arrival, we got offered a glass of champagne :) The restaurants, the bar, the very large and comfortable rooms, the fast wifi, the swimming pool, etc. I can easily say it is the best hotel I visited in Nigeria by far. The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. The food here was very good, attentive service, wise wine list selection. Cocktails was not too good and I think the bar staff needs a bit of a training on cocktails. The rooms are very large, with bathtub and shower, good pressure, elegant details and very modern. All in all, this is a top hotel, the Renaissance, Ikeja is probably the best hotel in Lagos. I can only recommend without hesitation.

    I love the indoor setting, I think it’s magnificent. However, I think there is room for improvement in the outdoor area in making it more beautiful even if I can tell there is already effort being made with the Water Fountain at the entrance of the hotel.

    I had an Awesome weekend stay at the Elegant Radison Blu Ikeja. It’s undoubtedly one of the best hotels in Lagos. I certainly enjoyed using all the amenities, especially taking several dips in the Beautiful outdoor pool with a city view. I also enjoyed indulging in a delicious breakfast and dinner options at Iyeru Okin, I had a wonderful dining experience overall.
