Great hotel, the food varied very well. For a double occupancy, they provide only one set of towels but deliver the second set when asked. However, they were not properly prepared to send visitors on excursions to interesting places in the city of Lagos. The could make it easier by having brochures describing sites to be seen.

I’m going to focus on the food because they gave me my very first experience with Nigerian dishes. Very neat buffet area with quite varied selection. The pork was on point and I really enjoyed it. Apart from the jollof (which has never been a stronghold for Nigeria) all other local dishes were quite good. Would definitely recommend to others

Contemporary design with comfortable bed.. The hotel is located 9km away from the airport. The staffs are friendly and courteous. I was upgraded to the suite room which comes with 2 levels. The gym and pool are a bit small but sufficient. 2 restaurants and a bar lounge. Overall I enjoyed the stay. 1 of the best hotels that I have stayed so far in Lagos .

I love the aura that Radisson Blu brings. The ambience is just amazing and the seating is comfortable. One time I was really cold and I asked for tea to help and the waiter also came with natural ginger because it would help me get better faster. That was really thoughtful. Often times, I hold meetings here because I love the service.

I was going to give this 5 stars but I take back 1 star because their service is quite poor. I got to the front desk and the attendant kept talking to another person, totally ignoring me with my luggage for over 15 minutes. I had to raise my voice before I was attended to. Even at that, my reservation wasn’t found. Also, I understand the need to up security at the hotel but it doesn’t entirely make any sense for a guest lodged at the hotel to be unable to access other floors except the floor where they’re lodged at. For example, you’re lodged at room 411, you can’t go to the 5th or 6th floor, you’re confined to the 4th floor only. Anyway, the interior is beautiful. We got the Superior Room with comes with a bath tub and shower with lots of mirrors. There’s literally a mirror everywhere you turn which I love. I’ll give them 4 stars for the interior, they really know their stuff. Unfortunately I was unable to go for breakfast (which was complementary by the way) but the room sold it for me and I’ll be back, hopefully their service improves by then.

I was due a refund of 240, 000 naira 20th January 2020, from the Raddison Blu Isaac Jones. I was given a receipt to confirm I would receive this payment. Furthermore, I was informed that the refund information had been passed on to the accounting department on Monday 20 January at about 11:00am and I was going to be paid the same day. Till date, despite several emails, I have not receievd this payment or an explanation to the delay. It is extremely important that organisation such as yours should not have staff that cannot keep to thier words. Integrity and professionalism is key to any business and I am being forced to use social media platforms to get this money refunded. I hope your senior management have more intergrity than your junor staff. Finally, what makes this siutation extremely pathetic is that friends and family that I mentioned this situation have all said it is a deliberate attempt by your staff to keep quiet so they can get the money to themselves. I genuinely hope this is not the case.

It’s the new jewel of Ikeja GRA; large lobby, restaurant and pool side. Always a beehive, although the size easily accommodates pretty much everyone. Their halls are nice for small and medium sized events. Parking is average. The underground parking lots can get easily filled up but if you are chauffeur driven, then you need not worry - your driver will be fine. Watch out for the scanning procedure as you drive in though; could take a few minutes.

It was food from the freezer microwaved very annoying!

Good: Very classy place with excellent service. The food is good. I particularly like the restaurant, what with what they have done with the decor. The rooms are veeery large - although I stayed in a suite, so maybe my opinion does not really count here. Excellent location at Ikeja GRA. Bad: Prices are out of this world! :-) Would have rated them a 5star except for the way the lady at the reception responded when I asked for help with charging my phone.

It is a brand new hotel, opened a few months ago. I came here for a business meeting and everything was just on point. On arrival, we got offered a glass of champagne :) The restaurants, the bar, the very large and comfortable rooms, the fast wifi, the swimming pool, etc. I can easily say it is the best hotel I visited in Nigeria by far. The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. The food here was very good, attentive service, wise wine list selection. Cocktails was not too good and I think the bar staff needs a bit of a training on cocktails. The rooms are very large, with bathtub and shower, good pressure, elegant details and very modern. All in all, this is a top hotel, the Renaissance, Ikeja is probably the best hotel in Lagos. I can only recommend without hesitation.

So many good things to say about Radisson Ikeja. The security is on point, with scanners for everything that goes into the hotel, to floor restricted access control cards e.t.c The room was exquisite. Very comfy pillows and bed. Modern facilities everywhere : USB sockets amongst other different adapters for electronics. Well serviced rooms with complimentary bottles of water, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and all other personal care products. Perfect for wedding photoshoots too. You get real value for your money.

Came here for a one day retreat with my company and I was pleased with the service delivery from security to restaurant staff. The meeting rooms are very spacious and have the necessary amenities and you can also request WiFi. Facilities are accessible with lounges available for breakout sessions and such. Lunch was divine and the selection was sufficient but can be a bit chaotic with large groups. I’d probably suggest having an attendant on hand. Also has accessible routes I.e. wheelchair access.

Right from the drive in at this particular location, to the parking, the concierge, customer service relations, deli bar, lounges, rooms, pool, gym, restaurant.... the list is every aspect of hospitality that Radisson has touched upon; they have done it well. This hotel is 5star, first class. Ambience is superb and the meals tasty. Rooms are lavish and cost is, well, justified :)
