I would have given this hotel a 5 star. It has a 5 star interior and great workers. The only lowlight the WiFi is terrible for such a wonderful facility and they set the AC to off when the light is changeover so you wake up sweating from heat when theres a change over while sleeping.

I stayed here over the weekend and I’ll give it a mixed review. The rooms are very comfortable with a modern design. It’s also in a good location.The customer service is the worst thing about this place. The staff are sluggish and act like they’re been forced to do their jobs. Their food is quite pricey and they don’t offer free breakfast like someone suggested. You have to pay to take part in the buffet service.

I had to check out after the first night!!! This particular one in Ikate beside Bespoke Events Centre needs a serious revamp! Product: At first glance the room looks okay however so many things were wrong! The bedsheets were dirty no longer white,the pillowcases had stains and tears on it and we had to ask for a new one which took them about 30 minutes to get! The bathroom drain was clogged up so it would get wetter logged while you were taking a shower!arghhhhh! The suite which I assume is supposed to be for more than one person only had one towel and we had to also beg to get an additional one Staff: They are non chalant and honestly uninterested in helping you feel comfortable and relaxed. We needed their assist in some information and at several instances they had a blank,clueless look. Not suitable for a family stay or getaway...And definately not value for money!!!

The worst experiences.. i usually dont leave reviews on hotels, i travel alot so i have stayed in several hotels il make an exception for this one. The customer service is awful, very rude staffs, when you call for something it takes them hourssss to respond.. i would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The water from the tap was smelly and dirty. I had to shorten my stay there before i get some sort of disease from that smelly dirty water.

Uncultured and Crude Staff. The owner needs to regroup and work on the amenities? What’s the point of having a hotel when you can’t maintain it? The problem of this hotel is the staff most especially the male receptionist on duty tonight. Don’t know his name. Fridge not working in the room and the restaurant/bar attendant claims there is no ice in the entire hotel. Very bad. This is my fifth time here and the service gets worse with time.
