Shopcity never have change for customers. Attendant are not trained to communicate this challenge effectively to customers. They simply tell customers to pick sweet, (almost enforcing it on customers) or other things equivalent to their change. The shop is almost becoming a malam shop telling customers to come back for their change. Customer service a big issue to grow this business.

How they do it with their banks that you will be debited for the declined transaction and not be refunded and the funds will be with them. Only God knows!

This supermarket has parking issues but the customers have mastered the art of managing the parking issues. There are pocket of spaces to park around the supermarket. It has lots of varieties from provisions to materials to snacks, fast meal and other gift items.

I had bought alot few things and the only cashier with an hijab packed my stuffs in separate small bags. I requested that she puts all in a single big bag for convenience. She declined i then requested for a refund of my money and she gave me back. Poor customer service!!! She preferred to lose a customer to a nylon bag.
