A postgraduate hall for aspiring future lecturers or professional with a view of dabbling in academics. The building is a three storied complex with rooms which may accommodate single or dual occupants. Rooms have live-in bathrooms attached with running water. Internet is available and an in-house restaurant that is open Monday to Saturday (9am till 7pm) is present.
