Stayed here recently for a few days and my colleague and I were very pleased. Good location to visit various areas of Lagos, friendly staff, good facilities and rooms had everything you needed, even the cheapest ones. The food from the menu was good and fair price but the breakfast buffet was an area where the hotel slips up. Nevertheless, if I was to go to Lagos again, I would be staying here.

Situated in a serene environment. I attended a meeting/training here and so I can on rate this hotel based on the customer service and conference hall. Staffs are nice especially those handling meals. The hall is well equipped with necessary gadgets for meetings. Spacious, neat and Air conditioned. The meals were great and the buffet was splendid. If I have to visit here again, it would be for the meals. Lolz. *winks*

Lovely facility. Horrible service. You pay a good (in fact an insane) amount of money to be treated in an appropriate manner, but some of the staff do not seem to get the idea. Only the breakfast staff were decent, hospitable people. In short, I would never go back :)

one of the best hotels in the heart of Ikoyi. i visited there for a conference on Ethics and Compliance organised by one of the multi-national organisations in Nigeria , 30th July. Customer service is second-to-none! They have Safety signage in place, the aura of the environment is welcoming. A quiet environment and great security in place. you may want to pay a visit.

Lovely, luxurious hotel but it has started showing signs of wear and tear. My toilet seat had some stains. I did some laundry and was billed extra 20% that was not disclosed when the items were picked up. I wish I could give 3.5 stars. Pro-The staff are really friendly and the hotel gives a feeling of being somewhere abroad,the checkin was seemless with our request easily granted by the front desk staff,the room i stayed in was neat and well maintained. Con- Packing space is really tight,the door look is dated(one has to slot the card to open the door).i stayed in block c ..and to exist the block one has to pass directly through the restaurant. Bottomline-Overall i was impressed with the hotel and will recommend it to anyone looking for a place around ikoyi.

I think the hotel is overly overpriced for what it offers. Maybe its major customers are for shortlet (3hr stay) Very disappointed. Had to checkout after the first night.
