I usually don’t write reviews so for me to do this says a lot. I first reached out to Buy a dog last year to order some items for my new puppies - unfortunately, I lost the puppies. What really struck me was although the puppies were not from Buy a Dog, the staff kept checking on me and the puppies to see if they pulled through. They genuinely cared. A year on, I was ready to get new puppies and the Buy a Dog team answered all the questions I had, advising me on the different traits of a Pomeranian and a Maltese which helped me make a decision. I eventually ordered a Maltese Terrier and also a Lhasa but I was out of town when the Maltese (Bo) arrived - the guys looked after my new pup until I arrived back in town, sending me videos and pictures whilst I was away. The process since then has been even more amazing ( how is that possible) - I’ve had Franklin on speed dial, who answers all my questions or concerns in the most gracious and warmest way. Franklin is quite possibly one of the nicest people I’ve met. Thank you guys so much! Your service has been superb! You guy have gone and beyond for me and my pups. Bo and Bailey say thank you too.

Puppy arrived 1 month “late” with multiple reasons and excuses. Puppy finally arrived unannounced and without microchip or certificate. Microchip was delivered after another 1 month wait. Certificate has not been delivered since and it has been 10 months wait. Everytime asked, there is one excuse after another. If reliability is what u seek, get your pup someplace else.

I came across Buy-A-Dog Nigeria on instagram, at first I was skeptical about making over 50% down payment for a Royal Pug, but the Sales/marketing rep Frankie convinced me otherwise. As soon as I made payment, my dog got into Nigeria from SouthAfrica the next weekend. That exceeded my expectation. My dog (El-Chapo) came in on a clean bill of health, with its chip intact. Delivery was smooth and exceptional. I will definitely recommend Buy-A-Dog Nigeria to friends and family.

Found this place online. I needed a dog crate (kennel) to transport my dog on the airline. Emailed them and they had the item in stock. It was delivered free and on time then next day. I paid the delivery driver upon receipt of the item. All in all, a very good experience.
