Customer service lady at the cake section today, 31 Jan 2020 was cold and do not care to acknowledge the presence of customers. Grudgingly responded to customers enquiries. However, a gentleman (may be the supervisor) readily attend to customers enquiries. The lady at the payment machine, punched more than the quantities of items purchased - punched 10 spoons of rice as against 8. This was discovered as I had to painstakingly check items line-by-line and had to request for a refund of N400. Though she apologised and acknowledged that it was a mistake. It is recommended that employees at this outlet should be given training on Customer Experience Management. This is to be followed up with a Mystery Shopping program to determine level of training assimilation and application of learning points.
