Emel Hospital is a place where you get adequate medical attention and an emergency care is also available when the need arises. They are open for 24 hours. Some staff are really friendly and always ready to assist. I can also note that it is a specialist hospital where you can get specialised medical advise when necessary. They also have a paediatric session for children. Babies can also get their immunizations here.

I have never had a good experience in this hospital,, customer service 0, time management 0.. they waste time over nothing .. yesterday I visited the hospital to run a test after they wasted 2 hours of doing nothing I ran the test and I was told result would be out after a hour, I pleaded with them that I had a flight to atch in an hour but that didnt move them, I begged the doctor to give me his number so il call him and get the result but he said he wont be able to do so as it is against the hospital rules... after much pleading he still didnt agree as I was about going he called me back and have me his number, low Nd behold up till now the number has been switched off, how can a doctor give me a wrong number, he would have just allowed me to go and not call me to give me a wrong number, that is the height of it... even the zo called contact number is never available... I am going to change my HMO as emel is the worst hospital I have ever known...
