ABC Transport is one of my fave bus companies. Some of the staff have become great acquaintances overtime. I was about to complain about some of the buses not having good AC. Until recently, I discovered that they bought some new buses, and I rode in one down to Accra. Great job. P.S: Their “Bus Hire” Manager whose name starts with “A” needs to be checked. He never picks his calls or returns messages.

This office building is big. Situated in the ever demanding business hub. They are efficient in the transportation services and cargoes. Their service here includes interstate and transcountry especially within the west African countries. Infact travelling to any of the west African countries on land is safer via ABC as well as delivery of parcels/goods.

This service was priceless in 2008, but it’s the worst in 2019. I booked for a bus trip to scrap and the seat I sat in was impossible as the seat had to be reclined. I was to seat like this for 15 hrs? The quality of the bus and terminal is very poor. The staff were very helpful and apt but you can tell this is another typical Nigerian company being managed aground. I will not use this service again.

Delays in set travel times. Initially intended to use this medium to travel at on 22-10-2019 at 6:15am. The building was without power and no individual to attend to the people in the premises. The perks of this transport company is the choice of road transport (Executive and Speed option) and equally the ability to book transport online. But is disappointing when the transport company fails to keep to time.

We send large couriers to Ghana through ABC logistics. They have this large office in Festac which we use mainly due to short distance from our factory. They are reliable and overall maintains good timing to deliver the consignment. My experience is good so far.

For the sake of your sanity please avoid this company if possible. This is no longer the company used to be. The driver stopped at Jibowu terminal and refused to go to the Amuwo Olofin terminal. We spent about 3 hours before one of their staff volunteered to drop us off at the Amuwo Olofin terminal.

New Coach on Lagos - Accra route. Very decent service with wash room but only for urinal, no popping. How can one travel close to 15 hours without making that facility available to him or her? Remember children can be on the bus too.

I don’t even think this transport company deserves any star at all. I’ve been a repeat customer even though I’ve had bad experiences just because I’ve been reluctant to try new ones but yesterday from Accra to Lagos and Today from Lagos to Port Harcourt has sealed my deal and my verdict for ABC transport is WACK! On the way from Accra to Lagos we asked them before leaving the terminal if they would turn on the air con because it was getting hot and we were assured that we would but as soon as we started the trip they told us that there was something wrong with the air conditioning. Fast forward to getting through boarder formalities at Seme, the conductor began loading on bags of rice to the bus that was already stuffed with luggages and it was so hot and choking I started hyperventilating and I nearly passed out! The staff didn’t even have the courtesy to come by and say sorry or see how I was doing. The most nonchalant selfish group of people I’ve ever seen. Today on my way to Port Harcourt from Lagos I asked the conductor to load my bag onto the bus since they were doing it for other people because I had something fragile in it; it was my laptop as I don’t have a laptop bag to put it in and I already had my hands filled with three carryons and he assured me that he would. The bus started moving and I noticed my bag wasn’t inside the bus but they were other huge boxes and even goods loaded onto the bus, I figured the owners tipped him or something. That aside, the least he could’ve done was not put other luggages on mine but he allowed them to load heavy luggages on mine and even though I tried to voice my opinion before we left the terminal at Jibowu countless times they behaved so nonchalant and the result as you can see is the damage of my property. Not jut my computer but my box is ruined due to the mishandling by the loaders! And this is not even the first time it is happening. But for my laptop to be in my luggage and I ask nicely that it be treated with care, then assured that it would and arrive at Owerri which is not even my final destination, only to the boot only to find very heavy luggages on mines causing the damage you can see here is the height of bad management and nonchalance. And the people at the customer care are not even being helpful at all.
