I like the hotel, the room I stayed was neat and clean, my experience at the bush bar is memorable, good finger foods and drinks to go with it. The pool side view adds to this experience. One area of improvement is the breakfast here, the options are just too small-just 2 kind of meals. For a hotel of this calibre, they certainly can do better

The hotel rooms are spacious and well furnished. The hotel lobby is also available to attend to visitors who come in to see the guests staying at the hotel. The car parking space located at the entrance is very spacious. This place is good for a weekend getaway.

STAFFS Well organized. Staffs are also up there. Hotel management has high profile managers & human resource personnel, a remarkable feat for them to have equipped themselves with reputable workforce. The attendant are neat & well mannered. The hotel cleaners are honest & punctual. The security personnel are alert & combat ready. & of course, their shift (staff rotation) system is fantastic. That’s a 4.5star LOCATION Its strategically located Situated around the T-Junction (also a U-turn) which is a midpoint between 2nd rainbow bus-stop & apple junction at the popular Festac link road. It is situated in such a way that it’s easy to navigate to the hotel without hitch. The U-turn allows vehicles from both lanes of the road easy navigation. Solve accommodation problem for travelers stranded by the night around mile 2 & Festac parks & terminals who can afford bucks luxury rooms at decent prices. That’s another 4.5star FACILITIES Well equipped with facilities ranging from hotel, standard swimming pool, barbecue spots, wines & bars, restaurant, event centers, barring saloon, gyms, car parks, conference room & the list goes on. It’s indeed a multipurpose center. I’m waiting to hear that villa park owns a cinema but the above listed facilities is enough for management. Any other facilities will mean over-stretching it’s limits & affect the services. That’s yet another 4.5star. SECURITY Refer to the last paragraph of Staff. Also, I have never seen cameras in their premises & rooms yet I feel some of the attendants are checked on way or the other so there must be some hidden cameras or satellite cameras around but so long a persons privacy is not invaded, it’s cool. The police station is also less than a kilometer from the hotel & there are heavily armed policemen stationed at the left side (in front of the right turn by the left side) of the hotel. So if you are planning to commit a crime around there, you need to rethink. The odds won’t favor you. That’s a 4star ROAD MARKS From the hotels main gate; Diamond bank across the right Car dealers nearby mostly at the left & across. MRS filling station 0.3km away at the right. ABC transport terminal 0.3km away behind (follow the road at the right). Mega Chicken about 0.6km away at the right. Apple junction about 0.5km away at the right. NNPC few kilometers 0.7km away at the left. Mile2 about 2kilometers (1.5km crow distance) That’s another 4star. SERVICES Car hire Bus service Taxi Room Service Event management Booking That’s yet another 4star. TRAFFIC Traffic is usually free around the hotel but certain adjoining roads experience gridlocks & slow movements. Festac link road links major roads like the 1st Avenue road & Oshodi Apapa Expressway constantly blocked by tankers, container trailers & other articulated vehicles. The road beside the hotel especially after ABC terminal is bad & with the emergence of articulated vehicle there, it can be worse. That’s is a real “but” & of course bad side of the rating. I’ll give it 1.5star. FULFILLMENT I go there on Sundays, that’s when I’m off duty so I seldom experience traffic issues on my way to Villa park. The times I experience traffic issues around there is when I don’t go to Villa park. So I will disregard it. Therefore, on my on scale, having made use of most of the facilities & received good services here, I’ll give it a 4.5star. That’s a 4star cumulative.

An okay hotel located along Festac link Road, Amuwo Odofin with. The parking space is quite spacious to accommodate plenty cars. The rooms are okay and clean. However, I feel they can improve on their complimentary breakfast, the options are too few that it looks as though they are being forced to give out a complimentary breakfast. For an hotel of this magnitude with about 70 rooms, they certainly can do better
