It took a while for me to be connected to a Customer Care Representative but when I was eventually connected, the Customer Care Representative was quite helpful and willingly assisted me to resolve the issues.

The security lady was so concerned and amiable. The lady staff attended to me like she was affected by the issue However, the landline is a NO GO AREA! I spent an hour on hold till the call went silent. This they need to improve on.

Aero is the worst airline in Nigeria . I would buy advise anyone to use this flight. They sent me a message cancelling my flight a day before my flight and refused to pick my calls , when I sent a mail a reply was sent to me that their mailbox was full. They are fraudulent and should be pushed out of the market .. so as to stop inconveniencing people. Worst airline in the world.. terrible airline

So dont even try calling the contact number, today March 31,2019, these guys kept me on hold as first caller in queue for 20mins. I stared at my phone for 20mins waiting for someone to pick and listening to their voice prompt. This was between 16:03 and 17:29, I am still calling and no response, the worst contact center experience ever.

Had the worst flight ever on one of the propeller planes from asaba to abuja. The plane was faulty with very loud sounds. It felt as if the pilot was managing an otherwise critical situation. Rough landing too.

Standard hanger owned by Aero Contractors at the local airport (MMA1) for maintenance of aircraft. Other airlines service their aircraft here. Minor checks and maintenance is done by Aero engineers here. Such services includes engine change, disassembly of aircraft, etc.

A private airline in Nigeria with headquarter in Lagos. The airline has a good safety record but a little aged aircraft. Main hub is Lagos. With flight to Port Harcourt, Abuja, sokoto. Currently the airline has the lowest ticket fee. It fly out of mma2, Currently, 2019, I will suggest the management give the interior of her aircraft some facelift as many of the interior amenities are showing signs of aging. But should not forget good electrical and mechanical maintenance of the crafts.
