Enjoyed my short stay in golden tulip hotel, their staff have very good customer service, I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived the hotel, they have a standard gym with modern equipments which is well managed. I enjoyed all their buffets, their food is quite sumptuous meals but I wish they have more variety of bread for their breakfast buffet and I wish they add more continental variety of food. Their rooms are beautiful clean and fresh with a beautiful view (although it depends on the wing of hotel you are staying). Security is top notch. I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend the hotel to anyone

Located beside Festival mall in Festac, Golden Tulip hotel is an architectural piece. It has several rooms and a very beautiful waiting lounge with offices and business and 2 ATM machines on the ground floor. There is a gym, there are artists’ works for sale - drawings, sculptures and paintings. There are restaurants and lounges. At the back, there is the swimming pool which is quite exotic for relaxation. The hotel is also accessible to persons on wheelchair with a make-shift ramp at the entrance, and elevators within. It is close to Festival mall which houses Shoprite and other stores, making shopping not a big deal if lodged there.

I used their pool with my kids . The trick I found out is early visit. Be there around 9am so that you enjoy the pool with less distractions . From 11am is busy time in the pool. We also had to wait for like 15 minutes for the pool attendant to finish cleaning it. This can be started and finished earlier.

Good hotel, good room, big bed, used the tub, maintenance had to free it because the stopper was not user friendly, they gave only one towel in the room had to request for a second, they gave only one bottle of water a day, had to call to have the room cleaned. The spa and gym closes at 6pm. Breakfast was good. Pool was okay. I like that its close to the mall so you can do more with the day.
