tola malumiA friend of mine referred me to PCOA were I met Michelle. She showed me the facility, absolutely amazing. She examined my hamstring issue and discovered the origin of the pain. I was recommended to do some exercises that will allow me to open my hip to free the pain on my hamstring. The exercise brought my hamstring back to a speedy recovery. Thank you Physio Centers if Africa.

Michelle Neff is extremely talented and knoweldagble and took what was a poorly managed physical therapy program given to me in the USA, post back surgery and helped set my recovery processs back on track at Physio Centers of Africa.
