bukola omoloyeI changed from a reputable named hospital To Crystal because of the treatment I got, little do I know that I am coming to a modernize general hospital but reverse Was The case in Crystal hospital I got good service and when am not getting good service a direct line is pasted on their wall, you can get their MD directly but thats not my point....... November precisely I did a thyroidetomy and there ,they blew my mind away.... The love, the smile and the hope I got day by day after the surgery was superb..... The nurses, the matron, and doctor Oguntade reassured me that everything will be fine that I just need a little time. The surgery was perfect ...... I write to say your guys are doing a good job in that axis and other hospital needs to emulate.

oluwaseun adebiyiThe hospital is privately owned but it is a general hospital. Always crowded. Staffs are rude. Patient get delayed. The worst is the HMO team, they handled patient case nonchalantly. In this computer age the hospital still carries file from one desk to another. The service is poor.

The last time, my husband and I waited in the lobby for over hours before seeing the nurse for vital signs.we had to wait another 1 hour to see the doctor. The service we received was really below standard.
